Historically the selection process of an outsource partner delivering facilities services has been met with nail biting and crossed fingers as promises and desire to monitor performance overturns the organization.  Today Premier Facility Solutions has orchestrated a true Trilogy that allows a three party partnership between the Client, The Contractor and the Consultant.

The consultant supports the contractor and client as an Advocate delivering high end technical expertise in service processes and Administrative management.  The result is a long term contract relationship with little or no conflict or misrepresentation of standards and deliverable.
